Refund Policy: There are NO Refunds for any reason! Including weather, scare factor, and line waiting.  If you purchase tickets you may use them any day that we are open, or any year.  If you are too scared to make it through, you have gotten what you paid for.

Weather Policy:  If you are traveling from a distance to see us, please call a head and get the weather update on our hotline.  We are not responsible for the weather and conditions vary on open dates and times.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or baby sitting! This attraction is not for children.
DO NOT BRING IN YOUR CELL PHONE!  You will loose it and we will not look for it until the following day.  Alcohol is not permitted any time or anywhere on the property, under any circumstances and will be confiscated.
